Guest guest Posted March 4, 2005 Report Share Posted March 4, 2005 Well, while this isn't my favorite stretch session, it was appropriate for the themed evening. She starts off with jazz dance slow movement to warm up the body and do some stretches. Eventually some of the stretches are taken to the floor, then you end with the same stretches you started with. The stretches aren't held nearly long enough, and in a few spots during side to side lunges her knees extended way beyond the toes - a big no no in the aerobics world as you probably already know. The music was appropriate though, and I really liked the " mood " of this one overall.
