Guest guest
Recently, six volunteers in a UK clinical trial became violently ill following administration of the drug TGN1412 which has been under development since 2000 for immunological diseases such as multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis and certain cancers. Animal tests had not shown adverse reactions. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/4817178.stm We frequently discuss the effects of CR on life extension of experimental animals. It may be wise to consider that what works for mice may not work in the same way for humans. Tony
