Guest guest
Hi Anela, I don't have this one (suprisingly!) but I did want to say I'm glad to see that you're back to exercising. How are you feeling these days? Everything all healed? Just take your time w/ getting into shape. 127-129 is not a bad weight to be at! I also noticed w/ my daughter that my waist was the last thing to get trim -- the rest of me bounced back pretty quickly and even though I had always had a small waist it took a while for it to get cinched back in. I'd say 6-9 months...honestly, I didn't believe it when a friend told me this - but it is true for me - it took me about 9-12 months to feel mentally, physically, and emotionally like myself again after my DD was born. HANG IN THERE!! YOU ARE DOING GREAT! Donna > > >Hi everyone, > >I was wondering, if anyone had the chance to try this out yet? I am >considering on buying it, to add to my slowly growing fitness dvds >and equipment. I would love to have a body like Burke, I >mean, what women wouldn't want a boyd like hers. It's getting a little >annoying right now, lately I've been bouncing back and forth between >129 lbs and 127 lbs.....it's driving me insane. My legs were losing >the fat from the baby and my tummy was getting flat. I don't know >what's going on, everything is going the opposite way I want it to. >I just want my body to be amazing! >If anyone has tried this out yet, how has it been for you?
