Pretty soon though you'll wake up before the alarm even goes off, and your treat is that you are getting up to EXERCISE AND HAVE FUN as opposed to going to work. You start your work day off STRONG as a result. When people throw me flack I think in my mind, " I'd love to see you drop to the floor and give me 20 pushups like I did this morning " . Yeah right, I bet the max most of my team members could do is 3-8. It helps to decide what you will wear to work the next day and as I think Carolyn said, to have your workouit clothes on the floor so that when you roll out of bed the first thing you do is put them on. Pretty soon you won't even thing about it because it will be a habit, and you'll look forward to the quiet serenity of the morning to awaken your body to Life and to being fit.
