Guest guest Posted March 9, 2005 Report Share Posted March 9, 2005 Hi Jen, I am in a similar situation in that I have bad feet - plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, and broken toes of the past all keep me from doing too much high impact. A good option for folks like us it sounds like is Cathe's Low Max. I keep trying to get it on ebay but it winds up selling for as much as if you were to grab it new practically! All Cathe's I have, as a matter of fact, are vhs, and even some of those go for a steep price! An indication, I believe, that her material is of high quality!
