I guess it means that eating fish will not overcome the risk from smoking, obesity, hypertension, diabetes, ancestry, and hyperlipids?

A British Medical Journal study suggests omega 3 intake has no clear effect on heart disease.The BBC article which describes the study is found: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/4838086.stmI am skeptical about the finding because the study groups were old individuals already suffering from heart disease.
