Guest guest Posted February 19, 2005 Report Share Posted February 19, 2005 Minna's Strength and Grace combines squats and lunges with yoga moves that turns up the heat in the body as well as strengthens legs and challenges balance. The box claims to use traditional pilates moves for the abs section but the moves don't seem familiar to me as being pilates. but its a good workout none the less. The moves are pretty easy to follow but she doesn't go into detail about form so if you are familiar with yoga this workout wont be hard to follow. I dont think its one to start off with b/c if you are not familiar with yoga you really wont know the proper form of the exercises. She does cue well and tries to encourage you along through the burning of the legs while holding some of the poses(like chair pose with an upper torso twist that burns). overall i do enjoy the workout but some of her pointers could be more helpful to the workout instead of just encouraging, which is a good thing but also get into form more so one does not hurt themselves attempting the exercises. kassia Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
