no i havent tried these new taebo bootcamp workouts yet! i hear that they

are tough!

there are 2 sets of different workouts, both called BOOT CAMP, so be sure

that you get the set that you want. the 2 original boot camp workouts

were calisthenics mixed with taebo cardio.

the new 'billy boot camp' is 6 workouts with some using a resistance band.

that is the one that is getting the good reviews right now since it is on

infomercial.

i have watched the clips on collagevideo and they look good!

when the workouts go to retail stores, maybe you counld rent them from

somewhere and try them out before buying.
