Guest guest
I get up at 4:30 to work out before work, and start my workout around 5:15, once I make some coffee (yes, Tonya's right I do make a trip or two to the loo but I prefer not to have soda because of the added chemicals), feed the kitties, and drink lots and lots of water to hydrate myself for working out. I try to work out after work too, then I take a bath and go to bed around 9:00 - 9:30. Yes, I'm single so that helps, and I have no life other than Fitness. Thank goodness my new b/f also works out and understands it's importance! I'm so excited - we are doing a BODY PUMP class at his gym tomorrow and I can hardly wait! It's my favorite sculpting class in the whole world and I nearly cried when our gym quit holding it (it was too expensive to keep it, BTS (Body Training Systems) charges every location a fee to hold their classes). So for the first time in over a year I'll get to take Body Pump, and it will be the first time working out with the b/f so I can't wait! Though it is a totally individual thing itseems like the consensus is to eat something not too heavy for breakfast, wait a bit, then workout. Most people seemed to leave at least a half hourbetween eating breakfast and working out. That is such a bummer! I have beenthinking about dragging myself out of bed at 7:00 to get a workout in beforegetting the kids up and off to school. If I add breakfast and digestion timein there I am going to need to get up by 6:30am at the latest.Groan....might have to try to get to bed before 11:00 from now on.P.S Bought a few new DVDs from Wal-Mart and ordered a few on-line.
