Vita Mix made horrible noise!

Im new. Got my machine on QVC. Have had it about 2 wk.

I use it about 3 times a day. Twice for smoothies and once at night for ice

cream. Just now making my ice cream with frozen bananas and strawberries and a

few green grapes it started making the most awful noise! I finished my ice

cream, turned it off, emptied it, put in water to clean and started it again. It

sounded fine.

WHAT HAPPENED??

I dont have enough frozen stuff to make more, and dont want to, but I will make

more tomr night. IF it does that again, I guess I will send it back.

anybody have this happen?
