Hi ,

Welcome!!

I've actually never ordered from Collage, but I have heard great things

about their customer service. I'm in the U.S. though and I can usually find

good buys at retail stores like Target and Walmart. Also, I like Amazon and

Deep Discount DVD.com

Here are some notes on what I thought about some of the ones you mentioned:

Here are some of the titles I am thinking of:

>Crunch-Boot Camp - a good choice, it is on the shorter side - around 30

>min. There is some high impact in there, but I believe one exerciser shows

>modifications.

Gin -Everybody Steps/Simply Step - I have Simply Step but not

Everybody Steps. Simply Step is good, basic choreography and you can up the

intensity by doing some of the options Gin shows or by raising your step

height. I think this one could work on a smaller home-size step, too.

Fitball Challenge - Don't know much about this one!!

Quick Fix Stability Ball W/O - Good choice! 3 10min sections will make it

easy to add on to another workout (like your treadmill) or for days when you

can only fit in 10 or 20 min or you could always split it up over the course

of one day or several days!

Core Secrets(not sure which ones) - I'm curious about these, too!! I've

managed to resist temptation.

Crunch-Candlelight Yoga - Good choice for a nice relaxing yoga session. Not

too long, in the 30 - 40 min range.

Tamilee Webb-Stretch for Flexibility/I want that body - Both good choices,

have several workouts so you can split up into the time that you have.

Cathe-Basic Step and Body Fusion and maybe a few other of Cathes. (She

>got lots of rave reviews on-line.) - don't know much about these, but most

>of Cathe is definately geared for the advanced.

Some of the FIRM ones look good but all

>seem to need special equipment.

Yea, that could be a problem, but you can find substitutes. The Body

Sculpting System 2 is not a bad choice, you don't really need the sculpting

stick and you can find a substitute for the fanny lifter for the tall box

work and just use your step for the low box work.

I came across Tracie Long Production DVDs

>which looked great but heard they were poor production quality. Anyone

>know?

hmm..don't know much about these! I think they're on the advanced side

though.

Hope this helps!!! Looking forward to getting to know more about you!

>Equipment I currently have at home: stability ball, 3/5/8/10 pound

>Hopefully

>I can finally get on the road to fitness.
