Guest guest
Hi ! > >You just have to follow your mind and not your heart and do it anyway; >usually once you're 10 minutes into it you're happy you did it. I've decided to do just that - I'm also putting less " pressure " on myself - just concentrating on " doing " it and not getting the results. Sometimes I find myself pushing aside certain workouts that might be fun b/c I don't think they'll bring results...sometimes I guess we just need to let go of the results and just enjoy movement! I find it also helps to establish a routine - work out at the same time every day if you can. I find that before and after work are best, but I am single with no kids (just 2 of the four legged kind) so it's perhaps easier for me.. That is definately a good point! I do try to workout in the mornings before my DD is up and before I get ready for work. It is " my " time. > >Hope you're not getting the crud that everyone around here is getting! It >takes a few weeks to shake off! Me, too!! Last time I felt like this I was getting sick...but I actually feel okay - just a mental fog of some sort. I'm sure it is from trying to do too much stuff all the time! > >Hugs, with a rear delt raise Thanks for the HUGS!!! Donna >
