Guest guest Posted November 3, 2004 Report Share Posted November 3, 2004 i have been so stressed getting ready for my mom to come down this weekend. she wants to go house hunting down here. anyway, monday i started off good. i did denise austin's sizzler interval workout and i worked out on the total gym while watching tony danza. yesterday i did tae-bo live basic and took a nice long walk since the weather was nice,but shame on me i did not to my pilates routine. today i did denise's older video rock aerobics and get fit fast abs,then i did her totally firm weight training video. i think i will end the night with her yoga essentials for a good before bed stretch. all this getting ready for my parents and dealing with my daughter's school has really effected my sleep. i think i am going to kick up the yoga a bit this week and get some extra stretching durning the day whenever i have a break. even 10 mins. of regular stretches will help. whenever i get like this my back and the nape of my neck gets tense.i have been doing good with my eating by measuring everything and eating more veggies. with my mom down we will eat better b/c she is a vegetarian so the bulk of our meals will revolve around soy and veggies. mmmmmmm sounds good to me.
