Guest guest
Hi All! I just bought my blender yesterday after seeing a demonstration at Costco and my kids sucking down smoothies and ice cream full of ingredients my 6 yr old would NEVER eat on a plate. I'm a vegetarian, although my kids eat meat occasionally, and we generally eat pretty well - although the 6 yr old is fairly picky at this point. At any rate, I am very excited about all the possibilities with this blender! Yesterday I made ice cream that had spinach and beets in it and they gulped it down! Any tips for a new user? I did watch the DVD. When I made the ice cream, the blender started to smell like the motor was overheating - but never switched off. Is this normal? Thanks!
