Sounds great, Terry. My husband, too, thought he didn't like kale, and that's

exactly what was in his breakfast smoothie today. That, along with apples,

berries, yogurt, etc. He also thought he didn't like chard. Guess what, he's

getting a lot of chard these days.

Amazing!

cut kale and opened it figuring I was going to have to spend the afternoon going

thru it and removing small bits of stem BUT it's pretty good. I haven't found

any large tough stems so far... maybe as I get down in the bag.

cup of sugar, about 2 cups of cranberry juice, about a cup of water and 1 bag of

frozen blueberries and a splash of vanilla. Let her rip and took it a taste.

Delicious blueberry taste. Couldn't taste any of the green kale at all. I did

want it a bit colder since the frozen blueberries only measured about 8 oz so I

put in about 6 ice cubes. Blitzed those. This is a great drink. I just love it

and I think Jack will too. Even my husband who think he dislikes kale but

doesn't liked the drink and couldn't believe it was full of raw kale.
