TGIF - 3 DAY WEEKEND WORKOUT

Hi Everyone,

After a rather hectic day yesterday (thanks, Vennitta - it did get better -

in that it ENDED!) I'm looking forward to not checking in with work for 3

days! YAY! I always work the week between Xmas and NEw Year's thinking it

will be a quiet week - WRONG!

I also have to report that Trainer's Edge Killer Butt murdered my butt - I'm

so sore in all the right places right now. I'm not sure if it was the

workout itself or the combo of doing that workout after a week of kickboxing

and Tae Bo. I'm putting my Tae Bo's away for a little while now to work on

the FIRM workouts again. I'll miss them! But it is probably good to mix

things up, too.

Anyway, today's workout was Tae Bo Get Ripped Advanced Workout # 2 and the

twists, forward bends, and supine poses from the Yoga Shakti DVD. The yoga

helped my poor sore butt.

I think I might take the next two days as yoga days and start with Firm

Volume 1 on Monday instead of tomorrow or Sunday. I figure it is probably

best to go into a Firm Classic Rotation when my behind is not quite so sore.

If I'm feeling okay I might start Sunday, haven't decided yet.

I'm also still on the fence about the Slim Series Project You. I haven't

ordered yet, but expect I will cave soon. I wish they had some more detail

up about the workouts - such as the length, etc.

Take care everyone and Happy New Year!!!

Donna
