Also, frozen (seedless) grapes are wonderful in smoothies--they're good to have on hand. cinnamon and orange mint I think I went a bit overboard on this morning's smoothie, but it turned out so delicious, just wanted to share. Handful of red grapes 1 orange (I am picking one a day off my tree!) 1 gala apple 1 carrot Pomegranate seeds Watermelon Vanilla yogurt Cinammon and some of my new orange mint plant I didn't even throw in any ice. Just delicious. I am getting more comfortable just throwing stuff in. I did have leftover, but will have a nice snack this afternoon.
