Guest guest
Yoga Break: Desk Yoga to Relax the Chest This simple exercise that can be done while sitting at your desk asks you to imagine your shoulder blades as "wings." As you breathe, you'll be gently opening and closing those wings in order to bring relaxation to your chest. Sound interesting? Here's how to try it: Sit up tall with your feet at hip distance on the floor. Then exhale and slump forward, allowing your shoulders to round and your chest to cave. As you inhale, draw your shoulders back and your shoulder blades together, becoming taller in your spine. Exhale and soften back into your rounded position. As you continue to inhale and exhale, allow your whole spine to undulate gracefully. Keep moving for one to three minutes and then slowly stop your movements. When you return to stasis, notice the feeling of release in your upper chest.

Guest guest
I love and appreciate your yoga tips! Would you happen to have any tips on " downward dog? " I have so much trouble keeping my back straight during the position. It always wants to round. Robin
