Guest guest
Hi! My workouts for Monday and Tuesday were yoga - Monday was planned as a yoga day, but Tuesday ended up being a yoga day 'cause I woke up feeling awful again. I just wish this darn cold/virus would just GO AWAY. I have a few days where I feel fine, then it hits me again. Must be something going around b/c alot of people at work have described the same thing (including the swollen throat that I had last week). Anyway - Monday was Crunch Candlelight Yoga w/ Sara Ivanhoe (I would like to get her Yoga Makeover series at some point). This is a very relaxing, low key yoga session. It was perfect for what I was looking for. And Sara is a very good instructor, very down to earth and practical. Tuesday I started to do Gin's Simply Circuit but felt awful, so I switched to Yoga for Urban Living and did the " Daily Connection " workout on this DVD. It was 60 min of relaxing, slow paced yoga. Just what I needed. I didn't even attempt to do Intense Moves as I planned....I may lay off intervals for this week and possibly next week entirely until I'm feeling 100% better. I hope I " m feeling better tomorrow. I rested quite a bit today and even napped when my DD did, something I rarely do, but a nice treat since I " m on vacation! Anyway, I might play it safe and do yoga again tomorrow before I try to do anything more strenuous, I think part of the problem with this virus is you start to feel better and then you think it is okay to resume normal activity, but once you do it hits you all over again. I think I've decided that my rotation after vacation will be YBB/Tae Bo, which I'll stick with for two or three weeks. Then maybe I'll up it to some Cathe in preparation for the hardcore series. Speaking of hardcore, DH caught me previewing YBB Advanced this morning and said it looked like " soft porn " to him! LOL! I guess that means I will NOT be doing this workout when he is at home!! Anyway, take care!!! Donna
Guest guest
Men! Always a one track mind! He would really get an eyefull if he saw the S Factor workouts which are 'stripper' workouts - pole and all. They actually look good, but I am afraid I could never do them with anyone around! Guest guest
Hi Donna! CBS is with Krista as the lead. It is awful how alot of the names are similar. It's hard to remember which one is which but I'm sure after all the videos they've put out, you just run out of names. Kim Donna M-P <donna112520@...> wrote: Hi Kim,I love Calorie Killer, too!
