For kickboxing, my first love is Turbokick. But as you know, not available for general public. A consumer version is in the works with Beach Body.

Powerstrike is good also, but they are out of print, and might be hard to find. Production quality of the first 4 workouts was terrible as well. The millenium workouts are good.

I like Janis Saffells, but they are more choreographed than others. I am not sure what is looking for, but if you are like most guys, Janis Saffell is too choreographed. Except her Quick Fix, but that one is not advanced.Carolyn or Visser - Festival City Concrete <pvisser@...> wrote:

I am not sure what is looking for, but if you are like most guys,

Janis Saffell is too choreographed. Except her Quick Fix, but that one

is not advanced.

I do not mind choreography. As a martial artist, I am used to

following patterns. I think it adds a mental dimension to the

workout. So maybe Janis Steffel is for me?

A lot of people liked the one she co-taught with her SO Guillermo Gomez, called Hardcore \Kickbox Circuit.

i don't have that one, so i can not comment on it.
