Hi ,

Kathy does show impact modifications - at least she did on Power Push - so

you can modify as needed. I find that floor aerobics really can vary in

intensity depending on how much you put into it. I'm going to try Power

Push again but not after I've already worked out to see if I can make it

more intense by putting more into it.

I actually do like Kathy's Lift Weights to Lose Weight 1 & 2 -- (I'm really

not that advanced! LOL! And w/ strength training you can always lift more

weight if you don't feel challenged..)

I think you do great w/ your workouts and your volleyball - I'm sure you're

in awesome shape!
