just be careful when trying this LOL. have some treading on those shoes and dont tryng pantyhose.

Yoga Break: Go Upside Down

Feeling sluggish during the day? Finding a way to go upside down will get your mental juices flowing. While it's not always possible to find a space at work or home to do a full Handstand or other inversion in the middle of the day, if you have a clear wall you may be able to do a half Handstand. Start by standing about one leg's length in front of that wall (facing away from it). Bend your knees and place your hands on the floor. Keeping your knees bent, walk your legs back to the wall until your heels brush the place where the wall meets the floor. Then keep going — walk your feet up the wall until they reach hip level. Press your hands into the floor for support, hang your head to the floor, and breathe deeply. After a few moments, walk your legs down the wall and hang in a gentle forward bend before rolling up. You'll emerge ready to conquer the world's problems with renewed energy.
