Guest guest
today was the first day of my spring training and the month of march is full of theme weeks! since my husband still wants to workout with me, i decided to allocate something mainstream to the first week. so this week is for doing gilad's QUICK FIT SYSTEM, BODIES IN MOTION and TOTAL SCULPT workouts. we started todays workout with CARDIO STRIKE from the QFS which is punching, kicking and punch/kick combos for about 35 mins. i thought that it was really fun and was a good sweaty workout without alot of the cardio as in taebo. the kicks and combos were cardio workouts in themselves, anyway. after kickboxing, we did BACK & CHEST from the QFS which is about 15 mins of exercises for the back and chest using dumbells. i used to think that a 15 minute workout would be really wimpy and a waste of time, but ive since changed my mind after doing short strength workouts like this one. these are basic exercises but they are fairly high-rep and using an appropriate weight gives a good challenging workout. and there isnt much time to get bored. gilad moves efficiently from one exercise to the next. tomorrow i have basic taebo and gilad's lower body QFS workout scheduled. :*carolyn. -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
