Guest guest Posted September 6, 2003 Report Share Posted September 6, 2003 Kelli, I couldn't find a sheet from last school year. Here is what I remember......... There were three columes. The first colume had pictures (boardmaker) of Home Room, Music, Art, PE, Social Studies, Science, Lunch, Reading, OT and ST (maybe another one///). The second was used for a smiley sticker (or a hand drawn frown face) and the third colume was used for comments. He hates PE - and in the comment section it would say something like did warm ups, refused to participate for activites. would show me his communication sheet and tell me what happened. These sheets really help home and school communication. We also had sheets that would begin with What I did last night......... Included dinner, bedtime, company (we rarely have company on a school night and I asked that this not be used), what time he got up and what time he ate breakfast.
