Guest guest
Hi Joyce,I sleep on a grounding sheet and use a grounding mat for my feet under my computer. Also, when I am computing, or just sitting in my living room chair, I have the wristlets plugged in and just put them on whenever I am near enough. I've never liked going barefoot, so walking barefoot on the grass doesn't appeal to me (however, I love walking barefoot on sand - just not close enough to the beach to do that at will). I've attended all 3 of Wolfe's Longevity Events in Costa Mesa, CA. That is where I first heard about earthing. At the last event we were given several grounding items, and for the last two events, Clint Ober set up the conference room so that each seat was grounded. It was very cool. (There were 1100+ at the last event!)You might be interested in the book "Earthing" by Clint Ober and Dr. Sinatra (who was also a speaker at the last conference). It's a fascinating subject and worth your time to investigate.Peggy
Guest guest
Hi all,We had a death in the family, so I haven't been around much, but am still trying to read posts. Peggy - do you mind sharing if the grounding sheet and mat are making a difference for you, and what you feel? I have been considering a sheet. I did see a website selling them for 30% off if anyone is interested. Thanks,On Fri, Nov 19, 2010 at 12:42 PM, Peggy Rodgers <hotdogbun2001@...> wrote: Hi Joyce,I sleep on a grounding sheet and use a grounding mat for my feet under my computer. Guest guest
Hi Eugenia,Here you go! I also left my info in the contact page and the guy who called was super nice and helpful when he called me. I haven't bought yet, so I can't verify anything other than that, but it is a great deal. http://barefoot-earthing.com/On Sun, Nov 21, 2010 at 10:07 PM, Eugenia <esl101@...> wrote: I would love to know the website for the grounding sheets/mats!
