Guest guest
hi all last night i did winsor pilates accelerated body sculpt vhs($2 at the thrift store)if you like pilates get this tape. its about 45-50 mins long and it work the abs(of course)back stretches, and hips/buttocks work. she explains the proper form throughout the workout and lets you know what moves are coming up next and how many reps you will do. she seems a little more bubbly then the infomerical would have had me believe but i didnt really find her to annoying.i really enjoyed the workout and highly recommend for the pilates enthusiast. moving on i went target yesterday and picked up the victoria johnson dvd's somebody had mentioned. i only got the ab lab and power shaping II. i am going to give one of them a try later.for one buck you cant go wrong. i also found some pilates bands in the dollar section as well. they look a little small but its worth a try for a buck plus they had little boxes of kashi heart to heart cereal for a buck. that turned out to be really good stuff,so if you have a target near by see if they have it and give it a try. healthy and yummy. kassia__________________________________________________

Guest guest
hi carolyn oh i love go lean crunch. i also have go lean with the fiber twigs. i never tried the heart to heart before. i got this thing i cannot eat cheerio looking cereal unless its cheerios which are not bad for ya either. when budget is tight i eat alot of cheerios when i can spoil myself i try to pick up kashi go lean cereals. i have been finding them on great deals lately. this week was 2 for $5 last week was 5 boxes of grape-nuts for $10. i have to check out wal-mart supercenter b/c their prices are great even on brand names i really want to stay with the go lean for more protien since i have been lifting weights longer and heavier. kassia__________________________________________________
