Guest guest Posted November 8, 2004 Report Share Posted November 8, 2004 last night i did denise austins yoga buns. i needed a yoga workout but my parents got in a little late last night so i missed some toning time. i real two in one here lol. anyway this is a 30 min. focuse on the backside and a little bit of upper thigh workout. i do enjoy this workout but for some reason last night i only got halfway through. i think i was just tired though.i enjoy her use of chair pose,warrior, squats and ballet type movements in the lunges. she is not a annoying perky person or a xxx-rated sounded star in this video though. i am not sure who came up with the workout but someone else choregrahed this one and it really works. everymove seems to flow into the next. i have had this in other rotations and saw quick results using it 3 times a week. i dont need the butt toning as much with using kickboxing and the step but it would make a nice compliment to such workouts. its holding classic yoga moves and of course many poses stretch the body out as well as holding them to make the muscles work. its easy to follow along but holding the poses is not as easy as it may sound. at the end you dont feel you have worked out but you have. i think if your trouble spot to tone seems to be legs and tush then i would add this as part of a rotation for 2- 3 times a week in addtion to other leg workouts since tihs does not work inner thighs and outer thighs as much but it will give a good hamstring,quadricep,and buttocks and maybe a little hips workout Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
