best state to relocate to....

My husband and I are looking to relocate, we can no longer afford to live nicely

on Long Island, we are looking to move out of NY......but since we have

(age 10, DS w/Autism) we want to move to an area that has awesome resources for

him and yet our other " typical " children.

Any suggestions?
