Guest guest
Donna I have 5 or 6 of the Live ones and they are worth the hunt! You can get a good deal on Ebay for the first 5 I think it is, you get it as a set. I'm missing some of the later ones, 7-11 I think. Anyway, you are a fan and should have them! They are great workouts! The Firm have such great workouts, even if the instructors are barbie dolls. Have fun! lauraDonna M-P <dmp67@...> wrote: Hi ,It is basically more of the same -- but for some reaon, with Tae Bo that works for me. LOL! I know that Carolyn said the Get Ripped Advanced were some of the most advanced Tae Bos that she's seen and I think she has all the LIVE ones. I really need to get to a Dollar General near me to see if they have any of the LIVE ones......Maybe I'll check out the used bookstores, too.I am sore!! And, I do feel totally toned. It is going to be a culture shock to switch over to the FIRM ladies next week...but I think my body will need a change up. Mind, too.Take care,Donna>>Donna, you kickboxer chick you! Guest guest
Excellent! I haven't seen those yet, but acquired 3 of them in a trade and can't wait to see! That should be a riot! Thanks also for the low down on Mega Step Blast. I wound up doing Rep this morning and will do TK tonite, then Rep tomorrow morning (all gym stuff) I've been practicing to teach a new class, Aerobics 101, and my first class is Saturday after next. I wish you could all be there to take it from me and support me! I'm very excited! Hope everyone has a great workout today! Donna M-P <dmp67@...> wrote: Hi ,I'm going to be a huntin'! Guest guest
i enjoy supersets for a total body workout day when i know i need alot in a little amount of time. i go moderately heavy and that usually works well for me. i see it like the firms. i go just 3-5lbs under my heaviest.laura- cathe's supersets/push pull combo dvd from body blast series. i wish i had the dvd for the premixes and workout blender though. it would be neat to make up a rotation just using this dvd and the blender LOL. kassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will Never miss a thing.
