Guest guest Posted September 19, 2010 Report Share Posted September 19, 2010 Hi Terry,Yes, the skins go into the pie, so you would want to do as I outlined if you're using a food mill to separate the seeds. Be sure you're using Concord grapes, though - I don't know any others that are considered "slip-skin". Concords just squirt right out of the skins.
