Guest guest
Hi Everyone! I just joined and am so happy to have found this group! My Vitamix is brand new and I haven't made very much yet. I'm still learning the ropes. Since my goal is to lose weight I'm trying to eat smaller portions and worry wether the 64 oz. container will get me into the habit of making larger portions than what I need, and then rather than store, I'll consume more than I should. For example, I'm excited to picture myself having frozen concoctions that are low in calories this summer. My question is do you think I should invest in a 32 oz container to help me make smaller portions better, or do you think that once I get good at mixing, I'll be able to make smaller amounts just as well in the 64 oz container as I could in a 32 oz container? Or do many of you end up buying a 32 oz container for that purpose? Thanks in advance! Jen
