Guest guest
As others have mentioned before, Mega Step Blast isn't that difficult choreography wise, nor is it as intense as other step programs I've done. Still, it was just what I needed. I was working at at least a 7 PRE (perceived rate of exertion) for most of the time and I worked up a sweat. I'm just thrilled I got my lazy butt outta bed at 5:30 to do it! I'm surprised at Cathe's cueing in this one. It isn't very good, she doesn't cue on the 5 count most of the time, she's rather late. She'll say " switch sides " as she's doing it herself, not before, so I fumbled a bit til I had the combo memorized. The music is unmemorable, but fine/functional. There is a light warmup, 3 segments of cardio that last 45 minutes total, and a " Funky Step " cooldown that was nice, then some quick stretches. All in all, I give this tape a flat average of 5.
