Guest guest
Hi ! Yes, my rear is *STILL* sore. It is funny how I could do certain workouts, like Cathe's legs and glutes and not be sore, yet, with this workout I used no weight for some sections and a 12 lb body bar for others and my butt is killing me! yea, I figure it is good to keep the body confused and switching away from kickboxing and tae bo is probably a good thing. I'm looking forward to doing the FIRMS again, it ihas been quite awhile since I did the Classics. I get e-mails from scwfitness, but haven't ordered from them. You should post a picture w/ your new 'do -- I love short hair and I'm envious of people who can carry it off. I have lots of thick curly hair and it is actually easier to take care of by leaving it long - all I do is shove some gel into it and let it air dry. I only blow dry if it is freezing out and I need to go outside while my hair is still wet. My ahir is so heavy though that I can't wear it in a ponytail, it always falls out or give me a headache. Best I can do is just pin up the sides (which I do all the time to keep it out of my face!) take care and happy new year!! Donna > >Donna, your tush is going into the new year like it >should!
