And hats off to you for changing up your routine by going back to the Firm - too much kickboxing can result in overtraining and injuries - take it from one who has been injured as a result.. I took 3 rep classes and one tk class this week, and lots of Aerobics 101 practicing. I can't wait to get my first class out of the way. It will be both fun and a huge relief to get this new format nailed down. In other words, I haven't done much working out at home, I've been stuck at the gym. I'm gonna shave my head today. The amount of short hair I have now is driving me nuts because I have to put product in it and it's so thick, heavy and stubborn it's not working. I'll go back to a crew cut. All the color will be shaved off so it will fun to see all my gray and dark blonde in it's glory. When I became an aerobics instructor I got on a bunch of fun mailing lists, one of which is a video catalogue for scwfitness.com Have any of you ordered from them before? Some of the medicine ball and stability ball workouts look good but don't want to buy without some customer feedback..
