Those are the one's we traded for....they are really good and your arms will wobble at times which is good.

Awesome! Because more than even a flat tummy I'd love

to have well defined arms. For me, psychologically

speaking, I equate that with " strength " . Great trade!

I would still love to have rock hard abs, but after two kids, I don't think will exactly happen. My core is really strong though which is a good thing.

I want to get my arms even tighter this year. They have never been thin and when I was heavy, they got bigger! Even though I am now much thinner, the arms still aren't where I'd like. But at age 44, I don't know how tight they will get.
