Mango skin

I know you have to pit a mango, but can you use the skin? I just put mango,

frozen banana, frozen grapes, a pear, some cantelope and a few ice cubes in the

machine. I was surprised that the banana seemed to be the dominant flavor. Of

course I ddn't measure, but it was only half a banana. I am going to have to

make a chart of what is okay and not okay when cutting up whole foods. One

video said that cantelope seeds were very healthy, which I had no clue about. A

few apple seeds are okay, but not too many because they contain arsenic. I will

learn. Thanks in advance.
