Hi!

While I have a few minutes, here is my check in from last week:

Sunday - Tae Bo Advanced Live

Monday - Lankford's Power Kicks, kicking & punching combos from

Cathe's KP & C, and " drills "

from Cathe's cardio kicks & foward bends and prana yoga from Yoga Shakti

Tuesday - Tae Bo Get Ripped Basic # 1 & Kest's Power Yoga Vol. 1

Wed - Tae Bo Get Ripped Advanced # 1 & Yoga Complete for Every Body - Open

Heart practice

Thurs - Tae Bo Get Ripped Basic # 2 & Killer Butt (my butt is still killing

me!!), 10 min of Killer Abs and 10 min of Long & Lean Yoga

Friday - Tae Bo Get Ripped Advanced # 2 & foward bends/twists/ and supine

poses from Yoga Shakti

Today so far is rest, but I might do a short yoga practice

Tomorrow might be yoga or it might be Firm V 1 - depends on how my poor but

feels!!
