, congrats on mastering step! I hope to be there

someday! Luckily I'll get great practice teaching

Aerobics 101 which has VERY basic step moves - the

most tricky thing we do is an L-step, over the top

longwise and then back, L-step exit, L step on the

other side of the bench, repeat. I THINK I can do it!

*L* but it is my dream to do all the twirly whirlies

with stradles and reverse turn exits etc all at once.

To be honest, I haven't found many home cardio

workouts to be as intense as Tae Bo or step, though

there was one I only tried part way called Advanced

Aerobics Workout from 1991 that seemed challenging,

but lacked the fun factor of step and Tae Bo.

I know it's boring, but have you tried Spinning

classes? Or better yet, riding your bike for real? I

know it depends on weather sometimes and where you

live - I'm in the city and it can be dangerous, but

it's fun and a good workout. There's always running

if your knees and feet can take it. I've taken a

couple of very intense aqua classes too that were a

blast.

Donna and Carolyn are much more video fitness saavy

than me and I'm sure can give you plenty of ideas, or

how about Kathy and a?

Let us know what you find works for you! I'd be

curious to know!

Crescent kicks,
