Guest guest
Hi Everyone, This morning I pieced together Combos 1, 2 & 3 of Step Blast from the Timesaver DVD, which I think is all of Step Blast except for the 13 min. combo at the end. I'll have to look at my Fit TV version to see if that is on it b/c then I should have the whole thing. Anyway, this was a fun cardio workout - probably about 45 min including the warm-up and cool-down. I wasn't up for doing biceps/core or shoulders today (which is what is up next on Timesaver) so I did Lotte Berk Muscle Eats Fat instead. I figure I'll do biceps/core/shoulders when I do the next Timesaver which will probably be Friday - I've sort of taken to liking a stretch day on Thursday, so I'm thinking tomorrow will be some sort of a recovery workout day. Been thinking about my YBB and how to rotate them - I'm thinking along the lines of something like this: Day 1 - Sculpt Day 2 - YBB Basic & Tae Bo Basic Day 3 -Tae Bo Advanced or other advanced kickboxing or aero routine Day 4 - Rest/Stretch or YBB Sculpt, Breakthru Pilates Sculpt or KV Great Weighted Workout or other high rep/low weight sculpt Day 5 - YBB Advanced Day 6 -Tae Bo Advanced Day 7 - Rest/Stretch or Another Sculpt (depending on what I did on Day 4) I guess only time will tell if this works out, but I really am missing my Tae Bo, plus, I think for some reason Kickboxing works really well w/ high rep/low weight and dance stuff. Take care everyone! Donna _________________________________________________________________ Express yourself instantly with MSN Messenger! (i was going to do yoga but have changed my mind to pilates now -carolyn.

Kathy Jeanette - Mon/Tues workouts Hi Jeanette,Good going on the workouts... I love good music in workouts, and I think has some that have good music, right?? I actually have never done any of his, but the titles seems to indicate that the music would be fun. GWW is really tough, isn't it?Thanks for posting about normaleating.com - I've peeked over there and there really is good info. I have always found that whenever I try to follow an eating "plan" I end up gaining weight, too. It is probably the deprivation/binge cycle. It sounds like you're trying to build a healthy relationship with food, and that is good!!!Take care!Donna>>Yesterday I did Christi 's Solid Gold Step and also a short> tape (lol - don't laugh) to get a good, long cardio in.>>Today I did Voight's Great Weighted Workout. Man, it's tough! This>was my first time doing this one though I've had it for awhile now. Took>up my whole hour and then some! LOL!
