Guest guest Posted November 26, 2004 Report Share Posted November 26, 2004 , I just LOVE Tae Bo's " Impact " series, but alas, as far as I know, only 2 tapes were made. This was kickboxing ON THE BAG. A real freestanding bag, not the " Bag " from the Contact series. I cannot find other kb workouts for the bag and would love to have more. Can you put the word in to your contacts at Tae-Bo to make more of these? Currently no one is doing them, they could get the whole market.. I love wailing on the bag, especially when I'm pissed off! Oh, and before I forget! Another cool thing about Advanced #12 is that sometimes jumps in the air, turns full circle and executes a roundhouse while in mid air. It's so hot to watch!
