I have these and I do them when I feel super yucky but need to move around a

bit. If you're creative you can boost the instensity a bit. I use the weights

throughout and I use heavier weights. Its also good when you are in a wlaking

mood but the weather is yucky. AND Iused it to inspire me to do arm exercise

when I walk outside and few people are around.

I used to have a lot of Sansone tapes when I first got back into fitness but her endless chatter drove me crazy! I like my instructors to speak but she is right up there with Austin with running her mouth. I finally sold all her workouts on ebay and got more of Tamilee Webb's workouts.

Exactly, a!! I'm waivering between keeping it and selling it. It *is* perfect for when you're feeling yucky. My feet and knee hurt, which is why I chose to do it. And even though she's kind of phony, the positive thinking is kind of infectious.

hi laura - i gave this one to my sister in law who likes to workout but has

a hard time doing cardio due to a heart condition. she really likes it...

she says that she uses dumbells through the whole thing and not just during

part of the workout. i also gave her my leslie 4 mile walk which doesnt

use dumbells but moves at quite a quick pace. she likes that one too.

they are too easy and repetitive for me but ive been keeping a 3 mile walk

tape around for when im sick or something -- however now i have better low

impact workouts, with more likeable instructors, so i dont use it

anymore. if i did i would certainly play my own music and drown out

leslie's constant blabbing. i do have to say one good thing about leslie

though -- i really like her hair and its style! LOL. anyway, im adding

this 3 mile walk vhs to my trade/give away pile too.

*carolyn.
