Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am new and happy to be here- thanks In my Vita Mix today i made a veggie/fruit smoothie it is pretty filling and replaced a meal for me (lunch) I added all organic ingredients: kale, broccoli, carrots, strawberries, 1/2 apple. 1/2 peach and a few blueberries I know carrots is high in sugar so I am aware of that- but will this type of smoothie as a meal replacement put weight on me? It is a pretty heavy like smoothie but very tasty. I do not want to gain weight........ Your thoughts? Ronnie
