Kim, if you have not yet started trying to identify your allergens, I HIGHLY recommend treating the unknown with the home allergy treatment kit we have been talking about. It is very comprehensive and treats for all of the most common allergens, which could save you LOADS of detective work and elimination trials. There is certainly no harm in treating for them even if you think you don't have allergies, or haven't yet isolated them. Here is the link with more info-watch the videos and see what you think. I would have given ANYTHING on the planet to have tried this before I had to eliminate so many foods. I was a gourmet bread baker and baked homemade bread daily-I LIVED on it...then had to give up wheat, which turned out to be one of my biggest allergens! I pee all the time too. It seems like I pee out 3 times what I drink! I eat a lot of salt but it's not the good stuff. I'll be looking for it soon!If I could get rid of the frequent urination, tendencies for rashes and muscle spasms I would be feeling so much betterKim in OR
