Guest guest
Cathe's cardio workouts are advanced and not easy for a beginner to pick up. I usually recommend starting with her older step workouts (step jam, step max, or the wedding video) as she breaks down the moves a lot more than her recent workouts. If you don't want workouts that are a little dated, try her newer basic step workout.Ilja Visit my website with fitness video reviews at www.videoworkouts.com Subscribe to P*u*l*s*e, a bi-montly e-zine with the latest reviews, videonews and related articles via www.videoworkouts.com/e-zine.html Support the website by doing your online shopping via the shopping mall, where you'll find the latest coupons and deals
Guest guest
I have a review of the basic step workout on my site. It comes with Body Fusion and Upper body / Lower body / Abs add on workouts on one DVD. Great Deal! You can get it at active videos or on cathe's site.Ilja Visit my website with fitness video reviews at www.videoworkouts.com Subscribe to P*u*l*s*e, a bi-montly e-zine with the latest reviews, videonews and related articles via www.videoworkouts.com/e-zine.html Support the website by doing your online shopping via the shopping mall, where you'll find the latest coupons and deals
Guest guest
I haven't even thought about trying the Cathe workouts because I store my workout stuff in a very small area. It fits my yoga mat, dumbells, step and a few other essentials, but it seems to do Cathe you have to have barbells and other essentials I don't have yet. Do you really find you get better results with these than with workouts that require less stuff? If so how do you store the required stuff so its not in the middle of everything? I've been waiting to try Cathe until I aquire more space and more stuff lol. Some of the things I've been wanting to get, but haven't found yet. Others I haven't figured out what they are for lol. Also are the Cathe videos not available at regular stores online (I only shop online)? I've seen them at collagevideo.com but no where else? Thanks for the input
Guest guest
hi wendy, i would say you don't NEED a barbell i am sure most of the exercises can be done with dumbbells.her newer workouts you might need a band but i am sure the same thing, you can you dumbbells. i was just reading, however, on some bodybuilding sites that for my pear shape i should do higher reps with moderate weight so i am aiming for this and some no weight workouts like pilates and ballet. this is just an attempt to see what happens so i can't tell you my results yets.and as far as i know cathe workouts are only available on her site(cathe.com), collage, and ebay. __________________________________________________
