I too have problems at times with incontinence when I teach Turbo Kick. Because I'm the instructor I feel obliged to demonstrate and do most all of the high impact options, unless the rest of the class just doesn't get it then I'll stay with the lower impact options. I pee several times before class - I'm always drinking to be adequately hydrated, you see. Still, once in awhile during some of the skis and jacks this happens, and i've never had children :-( the joys of being a woman. glad you're enjoying Eoin Finn! He's the BEST! Scapes with death make one contemplate their life to some degree too, and he's a bit blue. Other that that, things with us are fine! I'm hoping to get him to take Partner Yoga at Yoga Bhoga, a studio in Portland. Wish me luck!
