Amen Jen - I won't buy kale in a bag from Publix (the only way they sell it) because it is chopped with the stems, but I can consume quite a bit of kale when I buy it in the whole leaf form and strip the leaves off of the stem.

Terry,Can't wait to hear what you think of the Kale ingredient in a green smoothie. I found its not nearly as strong tasting as one might expect and blends in very nicely.
