Guest guest Posted October 4, 2010 Report Share Posted October 4, 2010 Amen Jen - I won't buy kale in a bag from Publix (the only way they sell it) because it is chopped with the stems, but I can consume quite a bit of kale when I buy it in the whole leaf form and strip the leaves off of the stem. I found its not nearly as strong tasting as one might expect and blends in very nicely.
