For this week I'm going to do something like this: Monday - Cardio Tues - IMAX Wed - Weights Thurs - Cardio Fri - Circuit Sat Rest I'll probably use mostlly Cathe, but nothing as insane as I attempted last week LOL! The next two weeks will be free for all weeks, w/ being on vacation, having company, etc. I figure I'll pull out some stuff I haven;t done in awhile or some stuff I never had a chance to try. Then, for the last few weeks i'm undecided - I''ll either do Cathe's November Rotation, my own FIRM Classic/FIRM Parts Roation, my YBB/Tae Bo Rotation, or a Lotte Berk/Classical Stretch/Pilates/Callanetics/Cathe Rotation (I found it on the webstie I posted yesterday). Sheesh.. LOts of choices Enjoy your rest day and your SS Rotation!
