Guest guest
I have been busy at the gym all this time, and gearing up to teach a brand new class, so I haven't been as dedicated to the home workouts. I do read the posts though, so thanks for all your reviews!! I got my first Cathe printed catalogue and it's a fun read! lat pulldown,
Guest guest
thanks for the input i havent been out pricing yet. these dumbells are getting old for me plus i need to move up in weight. i like to move up to 8 pound dumbells which would be $16 for a set. and have the barbell which most of cathe shows i have been doing require for a full effect of the exercise. plus its hard to get a good technique with some exercises using just the dumbells. i did record kick, punch, crunch off fittv. that was a fun workout. Guest guest
Hi! Do you have a Play it Again Sports or other " used " sporting goods store near you? I got most of my weights there and the prices are good - I'd say an 8 lb set of dumbbells would have been $8 instead of $16. Also check out garage sales and other 'used' or " consignment " type stores -- you might be surprised on what you find! Guest guest
Hey everyone! I found this cool site that some of you might be interested in. Its called Freecycle and there is one for almost every major city in the US. People post what they want and what they want to get rid of and its all free. I just thought to mention it as many people are looking for weights etc. and I see a lot of posting for stuff like that. You have to be quick to respond though. Just do a search fro Freecycle and your city. Does anyone know what is up with Carribbean Workout on FitTV? I’ve only seen ’s workouts for like the past week and sometimes I really prefer Dave…when I’m in a no equipment funky kinda mood. a & #61514; Re: Donna, thanks for posting!
