I favor the women over him...I really hope their going to be leading some of them. I didn't know left to have a baby, that is wonderful for her bad for me lol. 'yoga for the core', 'stretch into yoga' and perhaps another whose title i dont know yet. i *think* that the current season is being shown on canadian tv but i dont get the channels :*carolyn. I did see the new workouts on 's site last night, but don't know the details of them.
