Guest guest
good afternoon all. this morning i worked out with an older video of kathy smith's called fat burning workout. dated around 1988. its 54mins long with 40 minutes of low impact aerobics 5-6 minutes warm- up and a cool down stretch. well this one is kind of like interval b/c you do a couple sets of lunges, side leg lifts, squats, arm exercises, and what not after 6 minutes of aerboics, and its broken down into 6 sections. the end of each section you check your heart rate and exertion. i really like this one b/c it does not bother my knees and really pumps my heart in its target heart zone and i feel energize afterwards. i would say this particular workout is good for beginners/intermediate but advanced exercisers should be able to get a good light workout from it. by the way i checked out cathe's site and i have found quite a few tapes that look very good. i put them on my little wish list. i am big on interval workouts b/c sometimes i have to fit toning and aerobics in one workout and cathe a few. has anyone tried the following titles?they are the ones that looked really interesting for me. thanks, kassia basic step and body fusion high step circuit beg/int. interval max
